It germinates best at low temperatures. At temperatures above 13°C, it does not germinate easily. It is therefore best sown in a cold, unheated greenhouse. Definitely not on a warm windowsill. Germination takes 2 to 3 weeks. If you do not have a greenhouse, you can also place the seeds in the refrigerator (2°C) for 7 days to encourage germination.

These plants also need some support so that they do not fall over in wind or heavy rain.
Harvest them when 1/3 of the flowers are open, and you can expect more than a week of vase life.

Type: Hardy annual

Height: 1–1.20 m

Position: Full sun in rich, well-drained soil (does not like overly wet conditions)

Contents: +/- 200 seeds

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0084/5928/8612/products/image_f12b28f1-716c-4369-bf72-b67cf10ed214.heic?v=1662469155
