Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

The trader shall take the utmost care when receiving and fulfilling product orders and when assessing requests for the provision of services.
The delivery address provided by the consumer to the business shall be deemed the place of delivery.
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4 of this article, the business shall fulfill accepted orders as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery period. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer shall be informed no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract free of charge. No compensation is due.
All delivery times are indicative. The consumer cannot derive any rights from stated delivery periods. Exceeding a delivery term does not entitle the consumer to compensation.
In the event of dissolution under paragraph 3 of this article, the trader shall refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after termination.
If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, the trader shall make an effort to offer a replacement item. The delivery of a replacement item will be clearly and understandably indicated at the time of delivery. The right of withdrawal cannot be excluded for replacement items. Return shipping costs for such replacements shall be borne by the trader.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with the trader until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a pre-designated representative notified to the trader, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
