The leaves of this garden orache are actually edible, but they can also be perfectly used in your picking garden!
Atriplex Hortensis or garden orache is normally grown as a leaf vegetable and tastes like spinach, but I let it go to seed. Then you see beautiful seed lobes that last a very long time in a vase and are also beautiful as a dried flower.

Self-seeds well. Height 150 cm
This is a mix of purple and green.

Sow from February - half-hardy annual. Atriplex germinates between 7 and 14 days at a temperature of 20-22 degrees.
