Atriplex Hortensis - mix - Melde

This garden melon is actually edible, but you can also put it perfectly in your picking garden! Atriplex Hortensis or garden mellow is normally grown as a leafy vegetable and tastes like spinach, but I leave this one in seed. Then you will see beautiful cotyledons that last very long in a vase and are also beautiful as a dried flower.
