Don’t have a greenhouse but still want to sow to your heart’s content?

Then get a patio greenhouse or a propagation greenhouse. It’s a greenhouse but on a smaller scale, ideal for a small space on your balcony or terrace or to get a taste of growing without the investment of a large greenhouse.

This was also my first "outdoor greenhouse." Finally, those windowsills in my house got some space. I still have my patio greenhouse, even now that I have a large greenhouse. It is now used as an extra place to harden off my seedlings: the doors open so my plants can get used to the weather conditions before planting them out in the open ground.

This greenhouse is equipped with polycarbonate windows and has two shelves. The polycarbonate windows diffuse the light so plants don’t burn (quickly). The roof of the greenhouse can be opened for ventilation.
