Scabiosa atropurpurea "Fata Morgana"

Scabiosa, also known as pincushion flower or scabious. Despite its name, which evokes a skin disease, this is a fantastic plant for your garden. 

This fantastic variety, “Fata Morgana”, gives you stunning shades ranging from buttercream yellow to soft apricot pink. Fantastic in bouquets and highly productive. Bees love Scabiosa, and the plant also blooms all summer long (don’t forget to remove the spent flowers).

Type: hardy, semi-hardy – it is best to sow in a greenhouse or polytunnel in early spring (from February or March). Do not cover the seeds, as Scabiosa needs light to germinate.
